This document states the terms and conditions of the referral program by the Scrintal Labs AB (“Scrintal Labs AB” “Scrintal” “our”, “us” or “we”). By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

Defined Terms

Referrer: you, a registered Scrintal user.  

Referred Customer: an individual who has not previously joined Scrintal’s waitlist before and to whom the Referrer shares their link.

Referral Link: a personalized referral link, provided to you by Scrintal.  

Referral Reward: a promotional reward decided by Scrintal, to be given to referrers upon referred customer’s joining the Scrintal waitlist.

About Our Referral Program

For the Referrer

How to Earn a Referrer Reward: To qualify for a Referral Reward, you must (i) refer only valid Referred Customers (ii) must enter all of your referral within the Program deadline (iii) refer an equal or greater than the stated minimum number of valid Referred Customers in referral milestones within the Program deadline. To count as a valid referral, Referred Customers must join the waitlist and complete the questionnaire upon signing up.There are four milestones 1) for providing 1 email who joins the waitlist you will receive a 1-month Scrintal premium membership 2) for providing 5 emails who join the waitlist you will receive 6 USD for every early access subscription your referral link generates 3) for providing 12 emails you will receive 10 USD for every early access subscription your referral link generates 4) Finally for providing the maximum number of emails who join the waitlist within the Program deadline, you will receive an Ipad Air. All of the referred friends will receive 1-month Scrintal premium membership.

Referral Reward Exclusions

Each Referral Reward is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, cannot be combined with other rewards, and must be used in the form and currency in which it was received. Referrers are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from any Referral Reward, and responsible for any shipping charges.

Following the Rules

Scrintal Labs AB reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Referral Reward that violates the Scrintal Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a reward through self-referral by using a different email address, or distributing a Referral Link via commercial advertising or spam. Scrintal Labs AB may delay any Referral Reward for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you unsubscribe, the Referral Reward may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.Referrers should only invite a friend, colleague or family member after receiving prior permission from the Referred Customer to send.

Referrers must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where the intended Referred Customers live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of the Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Scrintal's Referral Program. Scrintal automatically disqualifies suspicious referrals.

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Scrintal's Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in Scrintal's sole discretion. Scrintal Labs AB employees are eligible to share their Referral Link with Referred Customers, however, employees will not earn any Referrer Reward.

Privacy

Any personal information collected, processed, and used as part of Scrintal’s Referral Program, including that of the Referrer and Referred Customer, will be used in accordance with Scrintal's Privacy Policy.

Right to Close Accounts

Scrintal Labs AB is not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, delays or failures of operations. Scrintal Labs AB reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper use if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Scrintal's Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. All of Scrintal Labs AB’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Reward is earned.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

Scrintal Labs AB reserves the right to cancel the Scrintal Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Scrintal Referral Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at Scrintal Labs AB’s sole discretion.
